Mediterrean Buildings
These buildings are made from foamcard and are based on a series of articles that appeared in Wargames Illustrated

Originally designed for 28mm Pirate games I reduced the the templates by 20% and they look fine with my 20mm AB Fallschirmjager

This is a simple building (almost identical to one I have in a photo taken in Crete in 1941). A Revell JU 52 is in the background.

This building is actually made from two structures. The "garage" on the left and the tall building on the right. A smaller "tall" building is shown in the background.

This "adobe" style structure featured in smaller villages throughout the Mediterrean i.e. Crete, Leros and would also be suitbale for North Africa.

The tall building can also be used as a free-standing structure.

Here you can clearly see the original inspiration and my 20mm versions

Just a final photo of the Revell JU 52. I bought this pre-made and with a basic paint job. I am in the process of adding yellow trim around engine cowlings, wing and tail tips. Also I have blacked out the windows prior to touching up with my usual blue paint job.
